Privacy Policy
At Kryveliq we handle personal data with criteria of proportionality, transparency and minimization. This document explains what information we collect, for which purposes, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights, within the framework of Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and the complementary regulations in force in 2026.

2. Data we process
We only collect the data that is necessary to reply to your enquiries, inform you about projects available on the platform and comply with legal obligations. This includes identification data (first and last name), contact data (email and, if you provide it, phone) and the content of any message you send us. We do not request special categories of data.
3. Purposes
We use your data to: (a) reply to messages received via the form or by email; (b) send you information about real estate crowdlending initiatives when you request it; (c) comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations; and (d) improve the site and its user experience through aggregated metrics when you consent to analytics cookies.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent when you submit the form, on the execution of pre-contractual measures you request and on the fulfillment of legal duties that apply to Kryveliq as the party responsible for this site.
5. Retention periods
We keep contact data for the time necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for up to twenty-four (24) months after the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period. Once that period expires, data is anonymized or securely deleted.
6. Recipients and transfers
We may share information with technology providers that support the operation of the site (for example, cloud hosting, transactional email and metrics). These providers act on behalf of Kryveliq under agreements that guarantee appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. When an international transfer is necessary, we check that the recipient country offers an adequate level of protection or that sufficient contractual safeguards exist.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase your data, object to certain forms of processing and withdraw the consent granted. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@kryveliq.com. You may also file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority for personal data protection in Argentina.
8. Information security
We apply reasonable security controls, including TLS 1.3 encryption in communications, least-privilege access policies, periodic review of providers and internal training. No system is infallible, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, loss and misuse.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this document to reflect operational, technological or regulatory changes. We will publish the current version at this URL, indicating the last update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
